If its lowered the forks will sit through the triple clamps alot, not just the 2-3mm they do now. More like 25mm or so.

Doubt its lowered....

No I lost my licence getting away from who a dickhead in a car who kept getting up my ass and tailgating me. Either way, doesn't matter.
