Hey guys.
Looking at a health kick over the next 3 months. Ive ben told i need to do some thing healthy.

Not real keen on paying to join a gym. Moneys tight as most people are finding in this economic crisis.

This whole boot camp thing has me thinking.

maybe we could get one going.

anyone done one or involved in one?

would like some ideas so maybe i can get a social group happening doing this.

Would be central Hobart suburbs for the first idea.

only really wanna hear from people who can be dedicated to one or 2 Nights/Mornings a week.

Get a set routine etc. would be the main thing.

DISCLAIMER - Im not a Trainer . This is FREE. Just looking to form a group of people who may want to get fit.
*This is just an Idea*

Let me know.

I've never actually done the full "program" if you like. But i've done a few boot camp sessions as part of football training (the real football with the round ball).

They're hard work thats for sure, im pretty fit and they take it out of me, if you did it every couple days or whatever the actual program is you'd be pretty fit pretty quick! Im probably gonna do it in the off season over summer.

Ive done the one at Oceana, not sure if you have to join to do it there or not though mate

Unrelated to boot camp, but ZAP 24/7 Gym at Rosny is fairly decent bro, 11.95 per week, no contract no joining fee, you pay for 4 weeks up front and you can decide to leave at ANY time.

Regarding boot camp, Oceana - http://www.ohf.com.au/pages/article.php?art_id=1

Getting fit is great fun!

If you've got the motivation start running. Simple and free, aim to go in the Burnie 10 or a similar event. Having said that, dont enter a 10km road race with no training in over 3 months, I did that this morn and now i'm feeling it haha
