bagged. bet the dude has the controller to control the stock suspension. looks awsome. although. i didnt think the stock ones went that low...
air bags for sure couldnt drive like that

personaly, i think for the size wheel arches, the wheels udner it just look to small, sitting that low it would look awsome with full on jdm style wheels just tucked under the guard's
