Is this a 7200.11 series? Because I know there were some major firmware problems and Seagate was fixing them and recovering data.
Otherwise Technetics FTW!

Yep you'll have to get in contact with Seagate warranty services... I heard of them recovering data and repairing the drives for some people, and only recovering the drives for others.
