police were just randomly pulling over cars at the front of a bus stop. apologies for dodgy photos, anyone know the legality of this ? enjoy

I'd laugh if they were issuing tickets for illegal parking. I suppose it would have been ok if there was a gap between busses coming and they were opperating in that gap with the intention to move on. Then again that excuse wouldn't get you out of a parking fine so who knows? Maybe they are just dickheads?

Police are the only one's who are legally allowed to be able to tell someone to dis-obey a traffic rule under TORUM Road Rules Reg 1999!

If a police officer has given verbal/written permission to dis-obey a rule you cannot be prosecuted for it

lol funny this comes up, i actually got pulled over there on that day by those cops. They were nice enough though, just did RBT and told me to sticky tape my p plate back up and let me on my way
