Three cars cut this driver off dunno.gif so instead of hitting them he destroyed a 1/4 of million dollar truck just stopping short of hitting the light pole. oopsie.gif
Brisbane Gateway motorway on a Friday afternoon.

im confused mate can you explain more
MaccaColt
easy. trucks dont stop anywhere as quick as cars, and FOOL drivers, speed past them, to get in front of them and the fool drivers slow really really quick, the poor truck with about 60tonn weight cant stop that quick, so he can either run up there asses, or as he did, bail onto the right sholder and not not hit anycars.

the SILLY thing is either way the truck is always in the wrong! which is pathetic, alot of car drivers have re respect for trucks.

A few hours with my brother in his truck 55tons of the truck and dog, man the amount of obserd drivers around us!

3 cars pulled out from behind a stoped truck only to find that lane was stoped too but not looking to see the truck trying to stop in time with just enough room.
so he could either run over the cars that just pulled out in front of him or put it into the ditch and try to not kill anyone. People just need to be aware that a truck weighs a hell of a lot more than a car at 60k's this will take 100 mtrs to stop no load so at 100k's it's a lot more truckie's aren't out to kill people they have family to.

Thanks "MaccaColt"

why is the truck driving in the right hand lane ? was he overtaking ? and if he was why would he be, he should be in the left lane driving not holding up traffic in the right lane ........Shouldnt he ?

But yes their are fucking useless drivers out there !

Do you ONLY use the left lane unless overtaking? Answer NO!
All trafic can use both lanes when there is congestion, so I would learn my road rules before you mouth off!
I travel in the right hand lane near merge points so traffic can merge safely (trucks can than stay at a constant speednot slowing the traffic) and this was not far from a merge lane

i think some truck drivers are careless on the roads, iv seen one on the way to woollongong flying past all these cars, changing lanes like no tommorow, driving recklessly in otherwords that could have cost his life and many more other if anything was to go wrong, they take too many drugs to stay awake and get to their destination to finish off work then too realise how valuable people s lives are. NO BRAINS...... NOT TOO MENTION HOW MANY TIMES IV SEEN THEM TAILGATING CARS. I RECKON THEY SHOULD JAIL THESE BASTARDS, COZ ITS CRIME!!!!

i'm not defending the truckies,, cos yes, a lot of them are dangerous (as much as there are crazy car drivers and motor cyclists) but,, with the tailgating thing,, there was a huge thing on today tonight or a current afair ages ago and the truckies said they're not tailgating you with the intent of scaring you, it's because they can see over you and see all the cars up ahead so they have more time to break if they can see up ahead that there is a hazard etc

but yes some truckies are crazy. i was in the passenger seat of my dads car a while back, overtaking a truck (we were doing 100km/h, the truck was doing 80km/h) and as we past it, one of the trucks tyres shredded and flew off at us, hit my side of the windscreen, wrapped around the windscreen frame, into the open window, made a huge cut on my thrat, and flew back out the window. we got the rego plate and name of the truck company,, went back and picked up the shredded tyre, called the company.. they denied ever having any of there trucs on the road... grr! now to this day i have an ugly scar on my neck

I Love Truckies! Not In A Gay Way! lol
They nice and always say thanks when u give them room or let them infront of u if it merges into a 1 lane road!
easy way to tell if there nice, or dont believe me! let one in and watch for the blinkers if they flick one side on 2 blinks then 2 blinks the other side it means thank you! lol it can varie tho!
Its fuckwits who dont give them time to brake or try to blow past them so they dont end up behind them or cut them off thats wen crashes occur trucks are to heavy to be able to stop like a car and then people blame the truckies, unfair i think!

I agree with the fact a lot of drivers cut the trucks off but spare a thought for old grandma on her sunday drive with a 60t rig so far up her arse that it almost scrapes paint off.. Some truckies think that if they ride a cars arse they can get them to speed up.....
THE STIG
every driver should spend a day with a truck driver to keep their licence.
