just wondering if anyone can help me im trying to burn music to a cd using nero 8.
When ever i try to add a song to the burn list i get the below error.
Im using normal CD-R 700MB cds

It means you're missing the mp3 codec/plugin for Nero. It can't decode the mp3 to CD Audio - so it saying "you need a plugin if you want to do this."


I can see you're using Nero Essentials - which is a scaled down version of Nero you probably got for free with your burner. So I'm not 100% sure if the following instructions will apply to you - but its where the plugins are located on mine.

Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\AudioPlugins\

These are the plugin's that are in my folder. How does yours compare?

I cant find anything in here called audio plug in's.
can i download it the missing plugins?
