Well ive got to the time where I'm looking for an old skool car to use as a daily driver. Ive really after a clean car - possible restored, new paint, mechanical good and interior in average->good conditon. I know, I know a lot to expect for the price but I have seen some go in this condition but just not been my cup of tea, old utes, Triumphs, wagons etc or are for sale in another state.

Ideally want something like a Old Corolla's Ke10,Ke20, Corona, early Cortina, Celica, early Gemini, Datsun, early Ford etc to the extent that ill pretty much ill consider any make of car that is pre-1980 and has some of those older lines in clean condition.

1) Must be Licensed in WA as i already have a project on the go and can't afford another one.

2) As its a daily - good mechanical condition is ideal - or something that will take little to get to this stage. Manual is preferred.

3) Budget is $4000 - this is an upper limit and is reasonably firm as i am only a university student and can't afford much more.

4) Looking for a clean car, either rather stock (or restored to stock conditions) or modified tastefully.
