they (ACDC management) have said they would like to come but holding an outdoor concert in the middle of the wet is not possible...... anyways dont really like their new stuff so it dont bother me... i say get megadeath, masterdon and ramstein instead

The last time a petition was organised to get AC/DC here (Hot100- 1997) only 12000 people attended the concert resulting in the promotors losing 100's of 1000's of $$$$$$$$.

This fiasco is actually the reason we don't get the large acts here anymore as promotors have long pockets, short arms and loooong memories.

well during their set everyone was just socialising/hitting the bar/falling asleep

also, thier music just sounded bland compared to the others.......

but that might be cos they were right after DevilDriver (they worked the audience up real good- excellent performance on their part) and before Megadeth (needs no explaining....)

I WANNA SEE AC/DC LIVE!!! I want a concerts so all the people who listen to real music and dont drive Imports can enjoy!

I saw AC/DC back in 1996 when they came to Darwin. It wasn't a bad gig, but they put so much into making it LOUD they forgot to make it sound good. I couldn't hold a conversation after the concert because i couldn't hear anything, and my ears were ringing for three days after. Not good.
