From Advancetown up to lower Beechmont is one of my all time favourite pieces of road. Its a good run from Mudgeeraba up toward Springbrook, onto Pine Creek Road, around Hinze, to Beechmont and onto Canungra for a Pie.

I love Glorius & Nebo as well

How good is Glendon? I want to do a weekend of riding/camping there one weekend soon.

Glendon, its not to bad at all. here trails are atleast wide enough to allow both bike and 4wd, the place can be quite rocky in areas a fair few hill climbs, as well as some nice long starts, theres a flat area where you can have a bit of fun. Great views and decent showers. a lot better than Rover park.

They dont allow a heap of riders there at once so if you want to go sugest to book atleast a month ahead.
Quad bikes welcome, and i think the place is dog friendly tho best to speck to them.
There wasnt much phone reception out there. vodafone tower is close by.
They do have a small kiosk with ice, there is drinking water next to the kiosk if you dont bring enough
They have fire places there with a small hot plate fire wood is $ 10 for a wheel barrow load.
park is aprox 1600 acres
They do have some spaces for bikes mainly pit bikes but. they do have a workshop if you ask with welder and air comresser.
It cost me $15 per day to ride and $ 18 per night to camp. it goes on per tent rule
they have a large dam there if you want to wet a line and have a 9 hole golf course, as well as gold paning.
Glendon Camping Grounds is located 38Kms west of Warwick on the Cunningham Highway, approximately 2 and a half hours from Brisbane.
link to website. will have all contact info

http://www.glendoncamping.com.au/index.html

The do have a few rule no rideing before 7am and back by dark. you can ride your bike from the camping grounds at a walking pase. all riders must wear helmet. ( suggest boots, helmet, gloves and goggles at the least )
easyer to camp closer to trails, just ask when booking.

looking to go to emu park next tho

web86
road bike - any chance i get to ride it is great, but im on the nth side so nebo, glorious, somerset and mt mee.

Dirtbike - the long fast tracks and hill climbs at glasshouse cant be beat.
cuppy
on the road you cant beat Mudgereeba up to springbrook and also the burringbar range is good but theres always too many cops and tomewin rd from currumbin to muwillumbah is a good guick blat. and emu creek is good for the dirtbikes
