Bit more detail on what it's doing?..Does it jerk and splutter around 2,500 - 3,000 RPM and not hit boost at all?

WELL, i pulled the motor out to rebuild it an it was boosting fine.
After it went back in it didn't want to see any boost at all, cleaned all the plugs for the computer an earth's for the lume.... that fixed the free rev issue an would boost up under full load fine..... as it is now u can floor it an it's tip top, but as u back off an the load comes off it's feels like the timing gets pulled right out an it loses power till the turbo stops spooling or u boot it again.
As the motor is all new it's not been past 4000 rpm. So the range it's playing up in is from 2500 to 3500.... changed coil, leads an plugs.

thsst right austen 15 is where its actually meant to be. If you grab an ecu and afm I can come round and help out if need be. there are about 15 different solutions for this issue lol
Oh yeh and did you check the diagnostics on the ecu yet? you get this problem with stuffed water temps sensors as well

i don't think the computer can tell me much due to the car it's sitting in. The book we was reading to sort out the lume said 12 to 17 is fine for timing lol... has a knock stopper anyway lol. I can't seam to find a Afm or ecu atm, but if your keen to come have a look that would be great. Its down dads workshop

stop reading that book. set it at 15, not 14, not 16. the ECU is under the passenger seat and has a diagnosis on it using flashing LEDS, look underneath the ECU there is a sticker that tells you what to do and you will need the manual to tell you what the codes mean. knock sensor does virtually nothing. water temp sensor like matt has noted is a classic once the simple things have been checked.

well the motor isn't in a Et or Exa, it's in a suzuki 4x4. so half the lune isn't being used... so the computer wont tell me much lol.... everyhting is wong for it....... but it was fine befor i pulled the motor out to rebuild it. An i moved the timing ford to see if that would stop it from being pulled back as much under boost an stop the braking down. With out sounding rude 1 or 2 deg in timing wont hurt anything mate lol. No huge boost in it

Of course the computer will tell you that the go is, Do a diagnostics test, If you don't know how to do it, go to www.n12turbo.com and download the E15ET manual

So my friend i wouldn't of got much good info out of it. But thanks for the info. Timing issue was also down to the cam timing an the new head an block height.
