You can not change Comp ID number by reinstalling Windows.

The ID number is based on the hardware not software.

Pull out your motherboard and hard drive, stand on both a few times, then go down to the shop and buy new ones.

Problem solved.

As "systemcrasher" above said, your ID is set by the hardware.
