hi everyone, i'm looking at building a new computer soon and heres what i'm looking at getting:

case: Antec Nine Hundred Tower Gaming Case with side window Black(No PSU)
cpu: Intel CORE 2 QUAD Q9650/3GHz/12MB CACHE/1333MHz FSB/LGA775
motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-EXTREME P45+ICH10R DDR2 1200 1600MHz PCI-E SATAII RAID GLAN 1394a 7.1Ch Audio ATX U
graphics card: MSI GTX285 1G OC Edition
primary hdd: Western Digital 500G SATAII 7200rpm HDD 32M Green Power
secondary hdd: Western Digital 1TB SATAII HDD 32M Cache Green Power
memory: OCZ DDR2 8G(4x2G)Quad kit PC6400 800Mhz Gold
power supply: Antec ATX TruePower 750W Blue
moniter: Samsung 2443BW 24 inch wide 5ms black Height adjust

Nice - though the primary HDD is a bit soft.
Go the Raptor 10k rpm drives - I run one in my system, and you really do notice the performance increase over a slow 7200rpm drive.

Or...if the budget allows it - go for an Intel X25 SSD drive. Then you'll have true pwnage.

I know has nothing to do with spec n shit, but where are you going to get the money from?

I would rather a 650w+ psu than a 500.. Bit more power than needed bit safer i reckon..
