Currently @ 80kgs, goal is 85kg at around 7-8% bodyfat by the end of the year.
Will be using the anabolic diet to bulk n cut. No supps cept whey and omega 3-6-9's and a multi
Currently taking in 3200cals which is maintenance for me
meal 1: 6 Omega 3 eggs, 2 fish oils, multi
meal 2: Protein shake with 3 tbl spoons natural PB
meal 3: Large chicken breast with 1 30ml EVOO and lotsa mixed veggies (avoiding carrots and corn)
meal 4: Protein shake or 195g tuna with 50g walnuts
meal 5: 2x Aussie lean beef burgers, 1 shot of EVOO, cup of green beans
Workout at 3:30pm then have 1.5 scoops whey with mouthful of whipped cream and some blueberries
meal 6: Chicken breast or Steak or a fish fillet with a salad and heaps of veggies and 1 shot of EVOO
meal 7: 62g of cottage cheese and 1 tblspoon natty PB, 2 flaxseed oils
My workout program is Mon, tues, thur and fri doing 3 sets of 4 reps and then 1 set of 10 reps to finish up.
Doing all compound. Finally matched my upper with my lower body
will update when i start adding calories then minus them to cut b4 summer
