Thought I'd start up a new thread ((As someone deleted my latest one)At least all the shit that was in it is now gone))

Had a name and design change and this is what I'll be sticking with from now on.

Been doing photography for a year and a half now. Learnt from a few photographers over the past year, and currently studying under Michael Cappola (great friend and inspiring photographer).

My equipment:

Nikon D80 SLR
18 - 55mm Nikor Lense
70 - 300mm Nikor Lense
Hoya UV Lense Filters
Optex Tripod w/ Monopod
Cleaning Cloths w/ Sensor cleaners

I got out to a lot of car club events and shows, do nature photography, learning some portraiture work recently, and take other various shots.

If interested in any of these shots or have questions, enquiries, etc.
Please visit my site here

Thanks for your constructive criticism and support. Please no trash talk.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The shot below was at Cootha Botanical Gardens, trying to chase around a few small dragonflies most of the day, became somewhat problematic as they wouldn't come in close enough.

Shot at 300mm, this was the best shot I produced.

Went on a Sunday drive with some mates and their very nice cars around parts of Tamborine.

Got up to a lookout spot, was a nice setting and lush forest scenery.

These are the three i was quite happy with on the day.

This is my favourite shot from when I was with the Evo Oz club, headed around Tamborine then went to the spit.. Was a good day with about 15-20 Evo's and 3 Colts.

Was thrown around in the back of one of the Colt's, thanks to my mate. laugh.gif But it was well worth it to get this shot.

Another favourite of mine from when I was down in Sydney taking a bit of a holiday and getting to know the people from Evo Oz (back when i had dust on my sensor i know, and using old sig).

Location was a Manly area lookout over-looking Sydney Bay. Was a great place for photos.

Whoa, dusty sensor! f/22 really brought that out..

ok you dont have to be miss perfect. she was in the front passenger side as most people had full car loads that day

lay off her

nice shots, however i think one of each car would have sufficed. Also the MRS shot is not centered, and the white Evo VIII shot is way to dark, i know it probably couldn't have been helped but, just critiquing. Also shot of all the cars, is a bit busy and to much stuff drawing your attention away from the cars, however i do like the Evo IX shot and the Colt shot.

This isn't "post my pictures and get people kissing my ass for them" section. It was a simple bit of CC for next time. She understands that also which is why she posts here in the first place.

If you don't like reading the CC then piss off back to Off Topic of wherever it is you came from.

thanks for the comment..

white evo shot was purposely dark as i was trying to get the layer of fog that was around us.. was quite amazing to see..

ummm and if your talking about the rolling shots being too busy, couldnt exactly be helped.. was shooting at 1/30th of a second.. and we werent driving on the prettiest rd.. lol.. most of it was shot along the ipswich mtwy.. and yeh it doesnt look good..

kit - i have to agree with couger a little.. we were driving with minimal stops, so i was only getting the one side of each car.. swapped in cars twice.. was in the ford on the way up and the 32 on the way back home.. but yeh i get what your getting at with repetition.. will do it on the euro cruise.. thumbsup.gif

I like the pic of the guy in the colt on his mobile phone. Wonder if he should be issued a fine for talking on phone whilst driving. hehe
