Guessing you were in the passenger seat, it's ironic that in these situations the driver never usually cops the worst off it. Can see the rubber marks, what did the car hit?

its because the natural instinct as the driver is to preserve your safety, so if you are heading straight towards the tree, you're going to turn so your side doesnt hit anything...

thats why most crashes you hear of the passenger/s are the ones that get injured/killed
