Also, for those that don't know, the Kumho KU36 is the street legal semi-slick which makes a great steer tyre for drifting or for high hp cars.

Hey there, notice you sell Kumho KU31's? I hear good things about them...you have them listed in 16's as 195/50/R16...and if so are those are $78 each? I notice the KH35's are also listed as 195/50/16 but are a little more expensive at $104 each...I found info on the Kumho website about the KU31's but nothing about the KH35's...what's the difference between these two tyres?

Hey Paul, do you know what's the widest tyre i can fit on a BF XR6 17" wheel. They are 17x8" wide and currently have 235/45/17 tyres on it. I don't want them to look overly wide but enough to protect the wheel from gutter damage.

Im thinking about 225/35/20, however im not sure if these will fit on a 8.5" rim that has a bit of dish? Also how is the tread wear on these tyres and what are the load and speed ratings on them? Thanks

You may want to do a bit of research to see which is best for you but the KU31s we know from experience hold up very well in all conditions!

Really wouldn't know sorry, that is a very individual thing with the coilovers etc. Best bet would be to find someone that has simular size and test fit them.

Kumho don't make anything but 4WD tyres in a 255 16" tyre unfortunately but in the 245/50/16 you can get either a KU17 for $159 or a KU31 for $161.

Can I fit KU17 235/40/18 on a 10" wide rim? Legal or not?

Also can you get the KU17 in 225/45/18? (as seen here: http://www.ityre.com/en/tyres/catalog/marshal/size/57877/)

Hey... a 235/40/18 can legally fit anything froma 8"-9.5" but not 10" sorry. Smallest legal tyre in a 18" for a 10" wide rim is a 255/35/18 which we can do in a KU31 for $260 each or a 255/40/18 in a KU19 for $213 each. And the KU17 225/45/18 are no longer supplied by Kumho as of recently however we can get them in a 225/40/18 for $178 each.

I just put the KU36 Semi Slicks 245/40/17 on my Nissan Silvia S15... the performance is unreal!
At 280HP ATW she will not budge sideways... the grip and performance of these tyres is the best yet!
