I'm at 22.5kg. (each arm). 6 Month's in. 8 reps, no spot, perfect technq

Fairly new.

Usually just some Weights, those Workout Machines and some Cardio..

weight 72kg, bench 80kg, 5 reps .... dumbell bench 20kg each arm 14 reps haha

I was watching this guy yesterday he was doing 35-40kg each arm it was fucking amazing eek.gif But he was 6'4 and around 130kg.

my gym is my mountain bike. ride it to uni 50% for fitness and is a 16km round trip

LOL i incline db bench the 40s easy and thats when i was 85kg

Its not hard, just takes training and good food to get there

go to a gym and ask to have a look around and maybe talk to someone there and see if he is willing to give u a hand or go with ure dad cousin uncle if they have trained before is what i did

Checking in.

PB on incline DB press is 130 pound db's for 5 or 6 reps, but used to just stick with 110 pound db's and do 8-10 reps no spot week in week out.

Well it was possibly more, I couldn't see the kgs :| 35-40 was a guesstimation.

Ditch the machines, the more free weights you can do the better. You will see better results and quicker.

It's not all about fast metabolism, fat metabolic rate means you can gain or lose weight fast. You are not eating enough good food.

i went to the gym once... thinking awh yeah, could be something alright to look at in here....

boy was i wrong.

got scared away by all the middle aged men wit man boobs sweating on the treadmills by the door....

didn't venture any further....

never went back.

OK, well 110 pounds is 50kg, 130 pound is just over 59kg.

Yeah, I've had people telling me the same thing. I'm slowly drifting away from the machines, but i still use it once in a while (mainly for chest workouts).

Which gym? Goodlife in the valley is good for a perv. Hot girls like either Fitness Firsts or Goodlife gyms, it's all about image. If you want the best equipment, go to Club BJ's at MacGregor. Best in Qld, possibly Aust. And yes I have trained in several gyms in Sydney and Melbourne.

Big upset in the IFBB recently, cause the roid boys can't get any good gear in Aust at the moment, natural guys came 1st and 2nd in a recent show. One guy I know who usually does well on stage at about 82kg, turned up at 75kg. Obviously he has been relying on them too much.

Yes pour the bottle contents on your frypan and cook your food in the canola mixed with olive oil you will be buying. Lots of fake stuff on the market at the moment due to a crack down in the last 12 months by the police.

Once you have come to the extent of your natural ability, talk to me again about roids.

But if you do decide to do it, I recommend you tell your GP and get regular blood tests for you kidneys, liver etc. Also invest in a quality anti estrogen supplement, bitch tits aren't attractive. Syringes and needles and sharpes containers are free from the needle exchange program on Roma St next door to Police headquarters, no need to re-use or share any needles. The risks for infection are too high. Plus that's how you get the aids lol.

I wouldnt say hello to you either, the bra thing is a little too much for me.

does it give you extra support during workouts though?
