Why get on roids? Weak way out i reckon. I dunno if the way i'm going is the 'by the book' way, but i'm getting results. I'm using plasmajet, tribulus, hyperdrive, fish oil and glucosamine with a low carb protein, and get my carbs from my diet (soon to change that maybe) and i'm increasing in size as the weeks go by. I'm more for power to weight strength though, like pushups/ heaves etc. max pushups 76, max heaves (widearm palm down) 24, and i weigh 93 kg at 6'3". That's full extension too, not little piss-ant pushups and heaves where fags move like 3" in their range. I'm more after expolsive strength and speed rather than size. I don't have any stats for actual weights, never really recorded anything, i just go until fatgue sets in, going up to the heaviest weight i can still do at least 6 reps with.

I figure that instead of replacing my testosterone with deca/ stana whatever, i just up my own system with the tribulus, and it'll increase with furthur training anyway. Dunno if that's how it really works, but that's what it feels like. I still get pretty snappy at times, although i keep it under control most of the time.

Dam right, get onto one of the creative labs branded ones, they have i think 3 or so types of creatine in em, mix that with a decent BCAA and you're guna start seeing results freaken quickly

I think that is so gay. I really do not get guys that wear really skinny jeans and like bright colours. The worse thing is the only guys who can pull it off are the ones with girl legs which then makes me wonder how bad they would look nude.... like seriously you want a guy to be bigger then you not be able to fit into your jeans....

People who go on about roids have no idea.. with the amount of supplements and shakes you can get these days which are legal.. you have very similar results without the nasty after affect.

people who usually do roids are just after a quick result and do not care about the side effects and are generally to lazy to actually put the hard work in....

then you have the etreme guys who do it for comps

There are so many different types of roids, they all do different things. Mostly they actually start to shut down your natural testosterone production, not produce it, as you are filling your body with artificial test, you body no longer needs to make as much. It can also cause your body to increase estrogen levels to keep things in balance, and this is where on rare occassions, guys get bitch tits. Can't be easily stopped by using an estrogen blocker, or as the pros do, have the mammory glands cut out.

Natural supplements have come ahead in leaps and bounds over the past few years especially. Sadly Aust has tough restrictions with what they allow into the country, and we don't get to see most of the best natural stuff. Which sucks really.

Actually I know alot from having been in the industry for such a long time. I found early on it was best to educate myself in the matter as I have had to face many accusations directed at me over the years. Plus I found it very interesting.

really... so what you have done roids.....

well I have a question for you... say if someone has taken stuff to lose weight or taking roids to build muscle....

then they stop how do they keep a good body??? would they have to work out even harder because their bodies would be getting any of the speed ups so to speak of the illegal substance???

No I can't take roids as I have a supressed immune system from an illness I had several years ago.

It's hard to say whether they would have to work out harder, you should be pushing yourself to your limits everyday when you weight train anyway. Biggest thing is diet, cannot stipulate that enough.

But first thing I would be doing after a cycle is cleansing your liver, just in case.

At last pinch test 3 weeks ago I was 85kg and 14% fat. Last night weighed in at 87kg and this morning was 86kg. I hope its muscle and not the Kebab I had on the weekend. sad.gif Next pinch test is in about 2 weeks. I just changed gym's to Goodlife-Chermside and love it.

No. I had the chance to before I got ill, when some of my mates I was training with started on them. I wasn't interested. They may have gotten bigger than me, but I was always told I had a better physique, good genetics. They chased being big, I stayed lean and put as much size on as I could naturally. Guess who did better with the ladies laugh.gif

I have been told that 80percent is how you eat then 10percent how you work out then 10percent how you sleep and depending on how much you workout your food percentage can go up or down....

I don't believe he would be natural, not 100%. Steroids are widely used in the states, even kids in high schools take them. Aust is actually a very big producer of veterinary steroids, most of which end up in some gym junkies arse/thigh/shoulder.

like clen... is use for horse's. Chicks use it to lose weight.

They use to use DNP in america it was highly used until it got banned... It pretty much melts your fat away...

All comes down to having your PCT clean (Post Cycle Therapy).

Liver protection during your cycle, fish oil, multivitamin. After your cycle when you begin PCT, continue your liver protection and find a good SERM (Selective estrogen receptor modulator) to run for 3 weeks. If you have done your homework you will get minimum sides.

The best SERM's are prescription only however.

steroids are used by 2 groups of people... really bodybuilders and cheats

cheats dont know how to train, dont know how to eat and dont care for the consquences. bodybuilders (should) have been training for at least a few years naturally, know how their body works, how it responds to certain exercises - but unfortunately the level of abuse is also high as that is whats required to win.

the only supp id ever take is creatine (and even then i only pay $30/kg) - supplements are for the most part just hyped up bs.

Clen is funny. First it was made as a white powder, then they made it stronger and in the form of a strawberry flavoured gel, then stronger again in the form of a liquid.

It's my understanding that horses with asthma were complaining about the white powder, and we all know how horses love the taste of strawberries laugh.gif

Clenbuterol works as a beta booster, opposite to what the shooters at the olympics use. It speeds up your heart rate, increases the firing rate of your nerve endings, and in doing so, keeps you awake at night. Only take in the morning or before a big night out.

and it destroys your central nervous system apparently. on the plus side, it helps asthmatics breathe better, as it's normally used on horses with bronchial/ breathing problems. the pro's and con's of a vet chemist.

The only sups I take are Creatine Monohydrate and Whey. Everything else is marketing in overdrive.

Hell even protein comes from diet - I just can't stand eating protein in the morning.

my friend did clen once the liquid form... it made her really hungry and made her muscle extremely sore and she could not work out...

Different people get different results from supps. I've started in the past week and a half on vanadyl sulphate, which was banned years ago, but I found some, so not sure if they gov have changed their standing on it or not again. It's still one of the best supps I have ever used in 16 years of training. It works by mimicking insulin, which is more ananbolic than test. Taken twice a day, once in the morning and once within an hour of training. I find it best before training, and has to be taken with a meal high in protein and carbs. Gives you massive pumps and works well stacked with creatine. I had some of my best gains from this stuff when I was younger before the ban, so interested to see how I go this time. Have gained just over a kg in the past week and a half, and has pulled me slightly tighter too.

47.5kg per dumbell 8 reps.

50kg per dumbell 4 reps.

I'm sure they have that on their infomercial. Same as the abdominiser 2000 is the best thing for your abs.

Kettlebells are good, but they don't magically make you burn more fat or gain muscle because of the shape of the db. They are a gimmick, a fad, and I wish I had thought of it first cause someone is making millions out of it. The fitness industry is one of the best ways to make lots of money if you can come up with a good idea.

but we did them standing on a box and had to put it on the ground from the box...

i wasn't concentrating, i was thinking about what i was going to eat when i got home and forgot how much weight i put on... silly ole me sad.gif ah well. Back is almost better now smile.gif

Currently i'm on 45 min cardio 5 mornings a week and weights 5 nights a week. I'm about at my goal weight so am looking forward to dropping a few of the 5.30am cardio sessions. My nutritionist has been a great help with changing my diet to suit my training. I have also learnt alot on Calorie King as well. <<< Click the link

I ate a kebab on the weekend and it felt soooo good but I felt guilty afterwards too. Pre gym days my diet consisted of Maccas or KFC 3 times a day usually a large meal with nuggets "just in case i was still hungry". Now I eat 6 smaller portions of high protein/low carb meals per day with almost 0 carbs after 2pm. I tried to go even lower on my carb intake but found i was tired during the day and couldn't lift as heavy a weight in. I just have to pre plan my meals, so if i'm going out somewhere in the day I pack some chicken breast and spinach salad to make sure i have the right foods. Always got some almonds with me as well. I have tried different diets in the past but nothing beats correct diet and plenty of cardio for weight loss.

I'm looking to just maintain my weight after my next weigh in and not go as hard as I have been. Time to live my life as a normal healthy person instead of the fat fuker (96kg) I was 8 months ago. Without Mark pushing me so hard I would still be on the silver "female" weights. Although I still use them with certain training with my dodgy shoulder. Mark wouldn't let me cut corners and I feel i'm more disiplined with my training because of him. In my learning phase if I started with a weight and it got "heavy" mid way through, i wanted to drop down in weight to make it easier to lift. He would not let me drop down in weight, instead saying "you chose the weight, now lift it". With my case, I strongly suggest a personal trainer as I lacked motivation until I started to see results, now I go to the gym more then Mark does.

Does anyone else HATE training abs ???

so you do cardio.. a lot of people are against cardio. I know of two trainers who disagree with cardio and believe it does nothing for muscle growth and strength. It only makes trying to build muscle harder.
