I think they are called docking programs..

It's the ones where you make vista look like apple..

I'm currently using rocketdock, but wanted to know if there is anything better.

any thoughts on objectdock?

I've found ObjectDock to be a little bit of a resource whore, noticed a boot time difference of about 30-45 seconds.
