As well as the thread for car related sightings, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on the places visited while staying or holidaying in Japan.

There's a lot to do in this country and the terrain is pretty diversified.

If you have some pics from your travels that you are proud of, feel free to show em' off

I'm going to start with a trip to Kyoto that I took in May 2005 - the photo quality isn't the best ( Taken with an old 2mp phone camera ) so if you have any better shots go ahead and stick 'em up here

can you take pics not only of the terrain but like around the city so such? want to get a idea of what Jp different districts are like.

Aside from these beautiful pictures, Japan boasts of a rich cultural heritage. I sure hope to visit Japan soon.
