Fuel pump I installed myself (i havnt looked too far into it, as im also sorting my daily car - Pintara
)So far this is what i have come up with as possible problems:
Installation of fuel pump was dodgy, ie wiring, plumbing or mounting of pump (didnt see or smell any fuel leaks while car is running)
Fuel regulator? Dont know much about em, so just a stab
Blockage? Fuel Filter?
Injectors could be clogged up/dodgy
So heres what happens...
Taking off in first, not opening the throttle right up, but revving 1st out to about 3-4000rpm it will stutter and fart and cary on like its dropping a cyl...then when i put it into second and start to rev it out, does the same thing, but not as harsh.. ie it stutters, but not as much as first, cause in first when it stutters it chirps the back tyres.. but not in second...
So obvisouly ive got a few things to attempt, anyone point out where to start, and what i should get to prepare better for diagnostics etc??
