dont know what the meanings to regulations are in sa.. and not sure where to go for the info..

Disqaulified license... is that a suspension... where u re-new it at the end of the period stated...

OR

license gone for good.. and need to go through L's stage again?

If someone could clear this up for me that would be great...

suspended licence is done by transport department, disqualified licence is just another term for a court appointed suspension..

wouldnt have to go back to your L's unless your licence is cancelled by the court..

no court dates were mentioned.. just an intervention programme.. and 6 months..

The short of it is; you're fine unless you get a letter saying your licence is cancelled.

dis-qualified means they removed your qualified from driving....

I read somewhere that...

if the courts disqualify your license.. that you then lose it. and take that step back shit..

but if the transport dept disqaulifies it.. that u get your license back..

so fuck knows... i only got disqualified because i ran out of points.. not for any misdimeaners...

You got back to Ls but you don't have to do the log book and the fifty hours etc etc you can just go for your licence

Well the dept of transport issued this disqualification.. so theyd wanna know wtf is going on...

transport sa dont know shit, apparently im being disqualified for three months starting next month while i disqulified at the moment until november...

i dont know... its taken them 3 months to catch up with me about this disqaul..

itd just be nice to know wtf is going on for once... >.>

took them 11 months after getting pulled over with no id doing 98 on upper sturt road for them to send me a disqualification for breach of p's and speeding . 6 months for each. anyway... transport sa keep changing the rules and the workers cant keep up which is why u get told something different each time u go there. i know what happened with you beck and id say for second offence for what happened your looking at 6 month ban until you can get your L's again then you will have to have them for 6 months then sit your test again. your only hope is move to qld and transfer your L's onto qld's transport department before your disqual takes effect.

and ive spoken to 3 diff trans officers.. and so far have recieved the same information...

so maybe just maybe.. they arnt as usless as we all think..

its weird... took 9 months for mine ... benn and everyone else.. it was a matter of weeks

i got done in november... and my disqual starts this week.. so yeah...

okay soo... i lost my license on my L's - 3 points gone in one hit..

Also in regards to Loosing your L's for others information... If youve held your L's license for 9 month period.. at any time in your licensed history... you will NOT have to redo the Learners period or log book...

Allowed my license back on 17th july thank fuck.. with holding my L's for 3 days.. and then P's again...

yeah they told me cause i got my L's so long ago that i only had them 6 months and now i need to hold them another 3.... then i went back half hr later and asked someone else and got told something different, fucking tards
