Hey all, just got myself a sa63 celica, got a 1ggte lined up for it, s13 coilover front end to go in soon. gtr brakes, i will be posting pics as i so, im going for a twin caliper rear end. just wondering if anyone on here has a build up for a sa or ra celica on here?

why a 1ggte?? why not an sr or something newer?? whats it giong to be setup as like drag/street or just a power crazy lag monster??

its cheap and it comes with everything to do the conversion. by the time its finished i want about 500hp, but i also want the car to be driveable

1g and 500hp aint cheap mate. if your serious and dont mind spending look on toymods for the 2.2l stroker kits will handle 10000rpm and mass boost might still be able to get one.
i love 1g's but they are old motors these days and can have oiling probs at high power levels.
500hp 2.0l will always be a lag monster im having a go at turboing a 1gge at the moment higher comp and slightly more cam duration should make for a responsive tourqey set up.
