Got the call from BSR today, as of the end of this year they will no longer be racing, to coincide with Brett's retirement. I'll post up a bit more tomorrow, but here's the media release from their website.

I wish I had the millions of dollars in cash they said I had and then I would pay off all my creditors.I don’t want you to feel sorry for me, but what I do want is for you to think about the person that you know and have dealt with for the past number of years and please don’t judge me on the unjust ‘trial-by-media’ that I have received. I don’t know how, but I need to get the truth out there as to what really happened, and I would appreciate any help in regards to this.

Yes we do, but he can't make a claim for deformation ( not a solid 1 anyway ) until after his trial, assuming he is successful.

It's been rumored/common knowledge for the last 2yrs that I know of only now it's been reported in the news. All this letter has done is exactly what it has done for you and that is create doubt which will contribute in some part in the trial.
