I am tosing between the Nikon D90 and the Canon 450D. Which one will be better? Becuase I've read that the Nikon D90 has the movie feature. Maybe it will bring down the performance on the still shots dunno.gif or the manual settings.
Will be mostly used for still automotive shots and portraits.

go to google and search both the cameras
find reviews and the specs of them and than compare them
once you have done that you should have an idea of which camera you'd prefer,
go down to your camera shop ask to try them out see which one feels the best in your hands and if you have a memory card take some pictures home with you and compare them togeather

you shouldn't need to ask for other peoples preferred camera when buying you should study up and find out which one is best for you
