I was reinstalling my front speakers yesterday at auto barn in the bay and I was making up a custom pod and I put my speakers on the ground next to the car and when i come back SMASHED!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I don't have a clue who did it.
does anyone have any ideas on some new front splits? cheapish but nice sounding. pioneer, kenwood, ect? prices please. I can check if I can get them in at auto barn on the computers down there. i wont be running them to the amp for a whille, cause I whanta get a 4 channel for the 15" and the 6 by 9's and another 2 channel for the front splits when I get the money. I have a prity allright system which pumps at the momment ill be selling most of it cause I whanta start all over again and make it all custom. ill be keeping the 15" pioneer tho It's brand new. Thanks guys...

Dude if that happen'd to me i wouldn't be asking what new speakers to put in... I would be tearing peoples heads off trying to get answers about the last set... but thats just me

Cant go wrong with a set of 6" pioneers if you ask me...

the VR are 6", they go hard and are a shallow mounting depth

why are you asking this. if its a custom install than its your choice aint it.

were the speakers rite next to the car or in abit of a walkway?
i would have asked them rite away "how did this happen?"
never the less it gives ya a good excuse to ge some new 1's

kick some ass man, if someone smashed my new speakers, i wouldnt worry about buying new ones i would find the d!ck and make him pay for them

WHAT! i dont know of ANY speaker that sounds better off a headunit rather than an amp... especially Focals... What a waste

p.s I got my money back cause it was on there property they got smashed..... And ive allready spent that money on sydney. So when I get back ill be out shopping with a bank full of money and a list of new audio equipment I want, New amp another 15" new boxes new splits and a new head unit.
Am goinna redo the whole system whille I have the money and chance, the subs are new so thats the only thing am goinna keep in the car.

dont amp the 6x9's its the worse thing u can do with a sub unless ur gunna cancel out the bass from the 6x9's somehow

I haven't the 6 by 9's arnt even connected.... I just have them to hide the holes, cause I used them before I shoved a sub in. There really good alpine aswell...good sound going to waste. Am thinking about taking out the tray all togeather and make a new one with pionneer cut in to it with neons underneer, but that will be a whille before I do something like that, Or even have the time to bother. It would look nice tho.
