yea there are speed limit but its not like OZ style speed limit. its like... if the road are 3 lane or wider on each side with alot of cars on the road then its 120km/h, but if theres no car on the road (at night) then theres no speed limit. as for in the city its between 50-90 again depends on condition of the road.
