my dads mate used to have a 4 door pacer, painted hot pink in tassie. had a 265 in it (thats a six for people that dont know) had tripple webbers on it and a few other goodies, was the fastest car i have ever been in. i think it ran a 11.2?? maybe cant remeber. the valliant 6 is one very powerful motor with the right mods. its one of the biggest 6's from that era i think it may even be the biggest.

11's are def possible with a 265- requires a fair bit of work tho.

From factory in 1972, with 1972 tyres the E49 chargers coverd the 1/4 in 14.1 with a manual g/box. With modern rubber the grab nearly half a second better than that in stock form. The Magenta one here is an E37 which unfortunatly missed out on the 4speed from factory.

series 2/s14a is what is called the kouki model

s14b = series 1
series one is the zenki model

which basically means, one is the early period the other is the later period
