If they want you to run with your windows up I am pretty sure your top will have to be up also!

i can't see how it'd matter. the soft top aint gonna save ya in a crash or rollover...
at least have a roll bar, helmet though

it depends how fast it is I think.
not sure though, but I've seen convertibles run with the top down.

I think you'll be allowed to run topless, but at a certain speed. If you wanna go quick it'll have to be up.
Note that I said "I think", I'm not completely sure.

All depends on the day, on 'private' days things are much more relaxed, but it can't hurt to ask

Last time I checked ANDRA rules stipulated that convertible vehicles with a roof must be run with the roof raised. I can't understand why you'd want to run with it down - the drag coefficient will be much higher.
