does any one know anything about shift kits? I'm looking at installing one in my car but really wouldnt have a clue on how much and if it would improve my car.

I know something about shift kits...

But it makes it really hard for someone to give you an answer on how it will improve your car if you HAVEN'T LISTED WHAT CAR YOU HAVE.
