Wasnt sure if they were legal or illegal in WA? Seen alot around. Ive heard they are legal as long as you cant see the tubing...

you are spot on there mate, as long as the tubing isnt showing or that they resemble emergency vehicle lighting, eg, Police, Ambulance. then you are good to go

Exactly, no red or blue and you can't see the emitting source.
