hey i am looking at getting a rollcage 4 my ceffy i want it cams and roadworthy approved. ne one know ne gud places in bris that do them ?
and around how much?

yeah, i'm not sure about that; mine is CAMS approved for road rallies at least, but it's a bolt in cage??

You can. I don't know if there are any off the shelf that meet the requirements. If you need to get a custom one made it will cost you a little bit of dosh.

A little bit? Try a crapload. Cages are not cheap when logbooked and CAMS approved.
Could almost buy another ceffy for the price of a GOOD cage.

the 1600 was a daily for a while, getting out of the car and smelling like petrol kinda got annoying.

Check out a cage manufacturer such as Bond Roll Bars.
It is certainly possible to have a cage legal for road and race use.
I don't know about down there, but up here there are some cars running round with Bond cages (around $1k) road regoed and CAMS logged.

6 point rollcages are not road legal, only half-cages with removable side intrusion bars are. There is a section in the cams manual about rollcage guidelines

Wrong.
6 Point Roll Cages atleast in QLD are perfectly legal.

I make road legal Roll over protection systems as part of my work and i assure given the right standard of design and engineering quality you will be able to get it plated and registerd.

Was/Am still thinkin about piggin out the 200 with a half cage.
get on hardtuned.net man and have a poke through the sponsors on there cause half the time you can get full/half cusco cages from $550+
