hey guys,
im keen on putting a bigger throttle body on my SR before i get my aftermarket computer tuned.
i've got a GReddy plenum, t28bb turbo, 3" 'cooler piping and am looking to run upward of 1 bar.
i was wondering if anybody has put a Q45 3" throttle body on their SR. They're relatively cheap second hand and i guess im just after some pros and cons.
Any help would be really appreciated.

You dont mean VQ45 do you?? if you did then no. thats from a V6 nissan engine. so it wont fit on a SR at all

no he means from a nissan/infinity Q45, it has a VH45, quad cam v8.
I've heard of people doing it, but haven't tried myself

yeah, the q45 v8 throttle body.

Doable but you would need to weld it onto the plenum aswell afaik, Since thats what everybody else does when they go larger anyway.
