hey guys and girls i got a 1986 vl commdore witht he rb30 and just wanna know if anyone knows off anyone in perth that would fix/redo the aircon and heating system and how much ruffly or dose anyone know of anyone wrecking a 86 vl comodore the car is a project car but i would like to have everything working inside the cabin would be nice as this is the only thing holding me bak

Can't really recommend anywhere in particular but I know when our 1986 VL commodore was redone (about 7 odd years ago, so may not be very relevant) but the cost came in at about $650. So you really have to assess if it is something you really need lol.

yh thats tru to i would like it to work coz aparrently it hasent worked for about 8 yrs and i just recently had the windsceen out and replaced the sill and took dash out and everything and put it all bak to the manual and holdens diagrams and it still dosent work at all and i would liek to get it going coz i will need the aircon during summer and the heater during winter haha

Unsure who it was done by, but he was a mobile bloke, like I said it was a long time ago so the bloke might not operate anymore. You will need a regas for one and if the unit is not kicking in you might be looking at an electrical fault aswell.

ok i will take pics off it over the weekend and how it gose together and show maybe someone on here will know how it gose or can see if there is anything wrong
