No its not plumb back its is atmospheric, and i would guess its a universal fit. Comes with a 38mm weld on adaptor and a 19mm reducer.

yeah sure u can slap it on a 4g63t, should be fine on that size motor, but this is an ATMO blow off valve and there is no way to make it recirculating.(well as far as i know there isnt)
