Hi I'm just curious if anyone can just enter? Also are there any special requirements needed to enter? How modified does your car have to be?
Thanks

forest rallies?
you need a National Rally Licence for starters. You'll need to take the rally lecture and do an Observed Licence Test.
These days you need a race suit for forest events.
Car needs to meet PRC rules, and all the general requirements - things like a CAMS approved cage, harnesses, extinguishers etc. Other things you will need for rallying are a Rally computer like a Terratrip and an Intercom system.
Obviously the suspension will need alot of work to stand up to the abuse, and you'll also need a sump gaurd (aka 5th wheel) as an absolute minimum
Best idea is to go along to your local club (you can search for clubs on CAMS website by discipline) and have a chat with some other competitors. Maybe go and volunteer as an official at a couple of events. This way you'll make some contacts, maybe hear about some existing cars for sale, and most of all get familiar with the way rallies work - time is critical even before you start a stage!
