ok.

I turn my pc on. it goes straight to boot options. Eg. Start windows normally, start in safe mode, safe mode with cmd and that shit.

No matter which one i press they all goto the xp loaading screen then after 1 second of loading it goes back to the boot options. This happens with all the options.

I dont know how this happened. All i did was log off my pc then leave for a night out. =/ weird.

HALP xD

Hard drive failure maybe?

Is there a flicker of blue screen between the switch from XP Loading -> Boot Menu?

This might indicate a BSoD.

Its not that kind of blue screen [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Windows_XP_BSOD.png] but... its like a xp blue like in the logon screen if you have multipul accounts.

Whe writing only goes for about 5cm and you can barely get time to read it =/

Yeah It's still a BsoD. They come in many different forms. Do what antonio said or take it to a professional if you can't do it yourself.

All you need to do is repair windows...

use the original windows cd and go to install it again and it will have a repair option you can either use chkdsk /r in the repair console or windows will ask if you want to repair your current installation.

This should fix your issue
