what could be the cause of the horn blowing its fuse when you hit the button?

the horn worked fine with the aftermarket wheel on it, then the wire broke, and was resoldered etc, now blows the horn fuse everytime. please help

If you simply repaired existing wiring you most likely have a short everytime the horn button is pushed .

The most obvious thought would be you have overheated the wiring insulation when resoldering the connection or left a solder dag which may be touching somewhere . Or you have stretched or chaffed the wiring when accessing it for repair .
