You'll need to get your hands on the rule book before you can say which license you'll need. I would suggest you detune the engine so that you can still run within the Super Street bracket for the first 12 months so you can get a handle on how the chassis performs. Will also give you a better introduction to race craft - it's not just a simple case of launch & run as hard as you can (unless you're talking groiup one categories which I suspect are out of you price range ATM).
Contrary to popular belief Super Street is just as tough a bracket to win as any other, but the introductory nature of it allows costs to be kept down meaning newbies can save money to make the jump into a better combination for the upper classes.
