Sandra and i have both sat for a formal meeting with the Willowbank management today and have scheduled this in for Saturday the 19th of January. The guidelines are as follows:
$45 per entry includes 1 passenger
$18 per spectator, includes entry into the proceeding TNT
Will start at this point in time at 2pm, officially finishes at 4 - but your entry includes (depending on numbers) our own lane/grudge matches during the proceeding TNT. Will look at holding the event for longer pending interest.
30 Cars needed to hold the event. Max 50
Will be Vs match races with numerous prizes awarded for various achievements.
Is open to ANYONE/ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE. This is about getting out and having a go guys and girls!
I will have up for grabs trophies thanks to Speed FM and sponsors as well as some goodie bags that will be given away. I can confirm at this stage that MR1200 aka Ben Bray and Ben Hunt from Rotary Motorsports is a definite to put on some display passes for us. I also have some other big names that have unofficially agreed to attend. For you/your car to be included in this i will need a definite confirmation posted up with funds being transfered/handed over by the weekend before the event. On the event of a rainout, fee's can either be refunded or used for the rescheduled event.
Lets make this a great day out. I will also be sure to include the kids in the events and organise some activities for them whilst this is happening for the parents as well.
