Here's some pics from the Crows Nest Trail Bike ride. This was the first trail ride I'd been on, and I loved it hey. I snapped half my clutch lever off on the first day in a tree, and snapped my whole brake lever off half way thru Sunday's ride.

Looks awesome.
Sounds like you had a ball. you sound like me. A lot of my friends - both motorbike and mountain bike call me bandicoot - referring to the 1990's playstation game Crash bandicoot.

Yeah we had an awesome time! I just replaced my brake lever today, it's the second time now smile.gif We find out about the rides cos my housemate prints the brochure. I'm sure that various motorbike dealers would have them, there would be a new one coming out soon.

The next ride and the last one for the year is at Stanthorpe next weekend. 24-25 November - Contact Mick Mahoney on 46812558 for more details

herd it was like 65 bucks becuase u had to buy a race lience as well

Yeah it cost $65 for the 2 days. This included camping overnight on the guy's property, a "free" lunch the next day, ham and salad roll, can of soft drink and piece of fruit, as well as entertainment at night. OK it was shit entertainment, some guy playin guitar and singing songs but what can ya expect.

PLUS the best part of all, NOWHERE I've been to around Brisbane gives you 84km of the track we were goin through. Hill climbs, dry creek beds, scrub, forestry, 3 underground tunnels (one was around 50m long) and rocks, dirt, grass etc. It was well worth the $65.

It was $45 for the 2 days, plus you had to buy a licence for the 2 days. This is pretty much because it was an organised event, I'm sure they had some sort of insurance. Come on, you don't get anything for free. How much does it cost ya to enter your car into Jamboree? And how much for the whole weekend? I spent around $200 for the whole weekend, and that included my fuel for the bike, and driving 3 hours to get there.

yer now u said that 65 is alright for the weekend, my mates just went for 1 day, that what i thought.
