Sure there are other topics about this just wanted a quick answer, how much do pedders or alike charge for resetting rear leafs?

From memory, I CBF finding my quote was about 320 to reset springs and 400 to get new ones made

dude king spring make new adr approved leaf springs my mate has them is his lux looks mint as ay not too sure about the price but they wernt too many dollars i know that

ok i went an got my leafs reset an blocks put in about 5 days ago.. at Pedders!!

they charged me 435 bucks all up..

the guards on my truck sit in line with the top of the tyres it looks fukkin rank!!

they actually took a leaf out (dunno if its legal or not??)

an they put 2 1/2 inch blocks in (again i think only up to 2 inch blocks are legal??)

the cost was including the price of the blocks.. which was $120 :| lol



this is off the card he gave me for the quote jus before they did it:

- $120 for the 2 1/2 inch blocks
- $195 to reset leafs (they took one out)
- $120 labour

just my experience:

i have 3inch lowered king springs in the back of my hilux, ($300) i also had 3 inch blocks, was no good diff angle was all out and the diff hit chasis as i dont have any bump stops at the moment, so i had a standard load leaf so i put the king spring load leaf ( very small) on top and the standard hilux one on the bottom aswell as putting 2 inch blocks in. after doing that it doesnt bang when driving along and when i have my race boat on it sits sweet as

I'd suggest resetting the original Hilux springs, i think the king springs are too soft i couldnt do that as when i got my truck it only had 2 leafs

i payed 140 2 get my leafs reset 5 inchs


i just took my leafs out and took them in


but it was like 220 if i took my ute in and they did it all
