Its not bad but there are a few things that you need to fix up to get it looking more "real"

Lense flair is never a good option for turning the lights on, just add a splodge of white and then set it to soft light.
The original side skirt is still visible at the front of the rear tyre.
The wheels and tyres need shadows on them.
The guards need to be filled.
The neon glow is very ordinary, i feather my layer, gausian blur it and then set it to soft light or overlay i think.

If you fixed those it would be great.
