havnt had anyproblems appart from a farked fuel pump. ive replaced it, and ive got another one being posted to me from the businees as its under warenty.

the prices are good as gold.

hey what car? in ya silvia? or is that your only one? cos i know cooper automotive did an engine conversion or swap or something in an integra, did an excellent job....
-WERNER-
its in Melbourne.

BUT they did a top job. i organised it 2 days before i gave them my car. and it was readdy 4 days later. even engineered!

they did engine, gearbox, ( auto to manual ) brakes, diff, a bit of rice rice.......... ect.

they fabricate all pipework if your after a cooler or needing a dump pipe. ( like me )

They are rough mechanics (in the way they act) but they do know their s#!t.

dunno if this farks with the advertising rules but ill post the website below. if its against rules MODs delete it. just trying to help others.

www.advancedjapautoimports.com.au

They did a good job and im happier than a fat kid at the candy shop.

full drive in drive out conversion prices are on the website.

One piece of advice for your car after helping diagnose whatever problem it had (presuming it ended up being the fuel pump that replaced the fucked fuel pump also being fucked laugh.gif), tidy up and replace some of the wiring in your engine bay.

The wiring to your AFM in particular, using three different types of wire and taping it all together is not on.

depends what you're looking for.. imo you're better off just talking to a mainland place.. (depending what sort of halfcut you want, because theres a fair few over there) and depending on whether or not you can be stuffed.. doing the converstion yourself..

sorry man thumbsup.gif
-WERNER-
you might think that paying a bit ova 5 grand for a conversion is a bit pricy, but in my eyes its worth every cent, its all legal, its all engineered and best of all it got done in 4 days. i didnt have to wait whilst i chased ppl around for the wiring, or a part i needed. im happy i didnt put up with the hassle. it was gonna cost me $3500 for a halfcut and another $800 to get it to tassie. thats $4300 just to get it into my yard. not into my car.
( im not concerned about what price anyone can get a halfcut for im going off the lowest price i was given by everywhere i called, if you can find one cheaper give yourself a medal, tell your mum, she would be proud )

then i also got a LSD, Brakes and brake mastercylinder, tailshaft to suit manual, turbo timer, BOV. ect
car went from auto to manual.

and got everything and got it all fitted. for just over 5 grand.

so id say its worth it. i couldnt be stuffed with all the hassle, i had to get it done within a week because i was moving out of hobart.

plus ive got a waranty. so if somthing farks up. they send me the part.
sure my fuel pump died. but TAS 180 a new Bosch one arived in the mail. they only gave me 1 bad pump. the 2 you speak of, was my origional non turbo one and the faulty turbo one.

the only reason they didnt test or fit the pump was because of my boot install. they said if it wasnt right they would replace it. and they did.

sure the wiring could use a tidy up. and ill do it eventually.
BUT i only organised it, 2 days before they got the car.
and they had it done 4 days later. so they didnt have enough time to tidy the wiring.
its not that bad. but it could use a bit of TLC.

WERNER

End Rant....
