I need money to get RMBL going again

We got the money back to our block last week cause the guys been a pain in the arse! And advertised it for sale took our money and then never did anything else. He didn't really want to sell it.

So after over 6 months of waiting on this block land has gone up heaps and is not available in the size and areas we want it.

Found a four bedroom, double garage which we have an offer on! Its gorgeous, not. Has a army green kitchen and a shower small enough to given anyone claustriphobia (spelling) I locked Gobbey in there on the open home and some other people who were at the open home thought we were weird!

But you can see all down the derwent and we plan to renovate anyway and make it our own.

Plus my car passed the driveway test yay!

Yep, once you are inside, it is the size of the entire floor plan. Not sure if down the track I will renovate some of that area to be livable space or just keep it as a gigantic garage/pool room.
