a tripod MAY make those photos a lot better..... i think u just need to control a few more variables though tongue.gif
low light shots are bloody hard on auto..... if not impossible.

none the less. blurred wheels, smoke and countersteer is always good to see biggrin.gif

yea i tried the two tripod i had in the back of the car but this is the first time iv done drift so panning was a lil hard to master.
the lack of light was the main problem. i ended up ditching the zoom and using an old 135 prime (200mm on my digi) at f2.8.
it helpd a bit.. just need to get myself a good zoom with image stabilizing... maybe a long range flash too..

just letting u know i wasnt having a dig at you i was just commenting on the lack of lights out there thats all.

i made a trip up for one night it will probably be the only night .
why spend an hour getting there when you cant see anything even with a flash and tripod!

i take it they were all from the wall on the pits?
but you see what i mean about if they had better lights you wouldn need to use say like 2000iso or what ever it was

would be nice to be able to go there and not just get side of the car panning shots.
but hey thats just my thoughts thumbsup.gif

yeah i know what you mean

but in general..turn 6 is the best for photos...you can either take side panning shots like i did, or you can take shots of the car going through turn 6 if you move furhter anticlockwise around the track
