Sue taxi driver for as much as you can. Most taxi drives (all the ones ive seen anyway) would plow straight through an orange light or even a red light if it just went red, i always see them do it and ive had near misses as a result of this.

2. he was driving under the influence of drugs or
3. was given drugs/ medication at the incident

Just trying to get the story straight, by looking at the pics the damage is pretty extensive for an average 50-60kp/h crash.
