hey guys, i tried searching, etc. but couldnt find much.
i was just wondering if you knew any watermark or logo programs that KEEP the EXIF data. i have tried 2 that seem ok, but dont keep the EXIF data.
or am i just dreaming?
Mark IT now! is the best one i have found so far.
(of course, freeware would be better)
Cheers,
Tim

I can't think of anything short of Photoshop. I use "Frame Fun" but that clears my EXIF too. You can set up a bulk processing thing on PS but that is the best I can think of.
For the record, this is in the wrong section. It goes in "Digital Dark Room"

bloody forum. click on photography and it goes to general submissions. oh well. cheers harry.
i guess this will get moved eventually.
oh well. i guess i dont really need the EXIF data that badly
I have PhotoWatermark Professional 6.2, it has an option when saving if you want to keep the exif or not.

Photoshop is the best bet, doing everything in one. Just use "Save As" Rather than "Save For Web"

Sign up to Smugmug

I just upload my full res stuff to my website (access is blocked to them) and Smugmug watermarks them with whatever I want. The originals are untouched, I don't have to keep another copy of the image on my PC and don't have to mess about with another thing in the workflow.
Also handy when you sell shots at events - people can view the low res watermarked ones and when they order - Smugmug delivers the unwatermarked high res.

yeah, it starts at $50US a year, all the way up to $150 a yr. It is so worth it though. Because I have a smugmug page, I have a coupon number which I can give to a new member, that will make it $40 a yr if anyone is interested. PM me if u r and i'll give it to you.
They do a 14 day free trial if you wanna try it out.
This is my page: harryfisherphotos.smugmug.com
Ronnie's is: ronza.smugmug.com
He has the $150 version, I have the $60.
