Just got myself a Sony DSC-H2 and would like some tips on shutter speeds and apetures. Lets just say that I know Sweet f*#k All about em. Taking pics at night I seem to get a more blurred shot

Daytime shots seem to turn out ok but then again its only been left on the auto settings , what else could be done to improve these shots?

Have u read the manual it should explain most stuff in there. Night time sporting shots are hard to take. You want to use the widest aperture (smallest number) and use the highest iso u can without getting to much noise, them settings will let u use a fastest shutter speed so u dont get blur like in the ones you posted.

In short, if your camera has an action or sports mode try that and see if the results are what your looking for, if not do the above.

Thanks peeps

For those night sports photos, you would need to be closer and use flash fill, or have a lens with an a aperture of f/2.8!
